Indra's Net

I just started with the Avatamsake Sutra and have found the chapter on "Purifying Practice" really wonderful. It shows how the "Net of Indra" is everywhere, when looking at a flower I can be connected and reflected in the Eternal by simply "wishing that all beings (find) mystical spiritual powers and be like blossoming flowers." A wonderful thought this morning as very fine snowflakes fall in a gray sky, but below in the still cold earth, covered with decaying leaves from autumn, a yellow crocus blooms. Now reflected in my heart and my heart reflected back.
